Hazel L. Green Living Trust Logo
The goal was to make the designs clean, balanced, and easy for the trustees to follow.
The head of the trust reached out to me to create a logo, parking permits, and quarterly report for their family trust. The names and figures have been removed from the documents to allow privacy of the family trust. The logo has also been adjusted to reflect the privacy of the Living Trust.

Property Map
I met with the manager of the property to come up with a plan for the map. They were using an older version of the property map that did not align with current rental warehouses. I used a simple outline of the rental spaces and shaded them by type (warehouse or parking rental space). This allows the manger to easily distinguish between the types of property when collecting rent.

Parking Permits
After speaking with the client and seeing examples of what they were looking for, I designed the Parking Permits with InDesign. We stuck with the Living Trusts color scheme and made sure to include the logo. The client wanted to be able to hand write in the tag numbers and tenant name. Although given the option to make it a hanging tag, they wish for it to be just displayed on the dashboards of vehicles.

Quarterly Report
The head of the trust reached out to me about creating a quarterly report to send to all trustees. There are 9 different trustees and he wanted to make sure all received accurate and consistent information as they proceeded in the maintaining and potential selling of the property. We used the logo I created on Adobe Illustrator and designed the report on InDesign. This is the most recent report distributed in June 2022. Names and data has been removed for privacy.
